April 22, 2025: Meeting of the Academic Oversight Committee for the project on operating expenses and developing indicators to support the River Health Index.
On April 22, 2025, Mr. Worawit Chaiwimolkul, Director of the Water Resources Conservation Division and Chairman of the Project's Technical Oversight Committee for the River Health Index Development Project, chaired the first meeting of the committee for 2025. Attendees included Mr. Pipat Ruangngam, Wetland Expert; Mr. Chanawat Arunrat, Director of the Public Water Resources Management Division; representatives from the Pollution Control Department, the National Water Resources Office, the Royal Irrigation Department, the Department of Land Development, the Marine Department, representatives from Infratrans Consultant Co., Ltd. and A Group Consultant Co., Ltd., and other relevant officials. The purpose of the meeting was to review the Committee's directives and consider the Inception Report for the River Health Index Development Project. The meeting took place in the meeting room of the Water Resources Conservation Division, 7th floor, Department of Water Resources. The outcome of the deliberations will determine the direction for the project's implementation.
