Assessment of exemplary personnel and organizations in ethics and morality, fiscal year 2026.

The Water Resources Conservation Division, through its Secretariat of the Working Group on Promoting Ethics, has completed the process of selecting exemplary personnel in ethics and morality within the Water Resources Conservation Division and established evaluation criteria for recognizing and honoring personnel and units for the fiscal year 2026. The process is divided into three steps as follows:

Step 1: Recruitment of personnel within the department to nominate exemplary personnel in ethics and morality at the departmental level for the fiscal year 2026. One person will be selected from each of the 7 departments, totaling 7 people.

Step 2: The Ethics Promotion Working Group of the Water Resources Conservation Division evaluated the 7 applicants in Round 1 according to the selection criteria through a closed-door evaluation system using Google Form.

Step 3: Select the top 1-4 candidates from the 7 applicants to proceed to Round 2 of the recruitment process through a voting system on the LINE application. All staff members of the Water Resource Conservation Division will participate in voting to select one candidate as a role model in ethics and morality. The candidate's department will then serve as a role model for ethics and morality.

The Secretariat has completed processing the selection of exemplary personnel in ethics and morality within the Water Resource Conservation Division. The details are as follows:
1. Exemplary personnel in ethics and morality include Mr. Phatthaphol Yangprayut, Environmental Specialist (Senior Level).
2. The exemplary agency in ethical conduct is the Public Water Resources Management Division. As the supervising and monitoring unit responsible for the exemplary personnel, it is deemed appropriate to recognize and commend it as an exemplary agency in ethical conduct within the division.
